Lease Contract Services
These services, provided by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf, allow the leaser or tenant to register for both housing and a commercial lease contract that includes single party or multiple parties for single or multiple properties. A fee of five dinars (5 BD) will be charged for the residential lease, and ten dinars (10 BD) will be charged for the commercial lease. In addition, they can verify the previously registered contracts and view the detail of each. The law provisions applys on properties and their components that are intended for housing or industrial purposes, commercial, professional, crafting, or any other purposes. They also can apply on the existing lease contracts, with the exception of the below properties: - Land and industrial facilities that are subject to Law Decree No. (28) For the year 1999 on the establishment and organization of industrial zones. - Agricultural lands. - Property leased for hotels and tourism purposes. - Furnished apartments that do not exceed the period of the leased month. - Residential units that are utilized for working conditions. - Land leased for the purpose of development.
Material Testing Results
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to Businesses requesting to test or assess their materials to be used for their works and projects.
Abnormal Load Application Request
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to Businesses requesting to obtain permission for abnormal load. The trailer and the load are considered as an Abnormal Load when the total exceeds the following criteria: Gross weight is 40 tons. Length is 18 meters. Height is 4 meters. Width is 2.5 meters.
Building Permit Applications for Plots Less than 140 Square Meter
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to Individuals, Businesses, Governmental Entities and NGOs requesting to obtain a building permit for plots that are less than 140 square meter.
