Appeal of real estate services

Complaint on a bank, finance company, investment fund, collection and insurance
The Norwegian Financial Services Complaints Board (FinKN) deals with disputes that arise between finance companies and their customers in service areas such as insurance, banking, financing, securities funds and debt collection. Before a complaint can be dealt with by the Complaints Board, you must first lodge a complaint with the institution concerned which must then be allowed a reasonable period to reply to the complaint.
Stop receiving junk mail and telephone sales calls
You can register your details with the The Central Marketing Exclusion Register to stop addressed advertising by mail or phone.
Appeal of insurance
You can file a complaint if you have a dispute with an insurance company. (In norwegian only)

Make a complaint against marketing and/or contract term
As a consumer you can make a complaint against a company's marketing and/or the term of agreement. Send the complaint to The Consumer Ombudsman (CO), which is an independent administrative body with the responsibility of supervising measures in the market. Aalso see the complaint form. European Online Dispute Resolution
If you've had a problem with someting you've bought online, you can use this site to try to reach an out-of-court settlement. You can only use it if you live in the EU or in Norway, Iceland or Lichetenstein and if the trader also is based in these countries.
Tenancy agreement
The invariable regulations of the Landlord and Tenant Act take precedence over any contractual terms and conditions. A rental agreement shall be drawn up if one party requires so. The agreement can be completed electronically. Optionally, you can print out the form and fill it in on paper.
