Application for the issuance of the European Health Insurance Card (ECZO)
The service of the Croatian Insurance Institute - HZZO, which gives the insured (citizens of the Republic of Croatia) the possibility to apply for the issuance of a European Health Insurance Card (ECHR), by which insured persons are entitled during their temporary stay in the area Of the European Union, for private or business reasons, at contracting physicians, and at the expense of HZZO, use urgent medical services necessary for medical reasons, taking into account the nature of health services and the expected length of stay.

The service of the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance - HZZO, which provides insured persons (citizens of the Republic of Croatia) with access to their chosen primary health care physicians by type of activity (general / family medicine, dental medicine, gynecology, pediatrics).
Health Portal (login with minimum level 3 credentials)
In the CEZIH system, the implementation of the central electronic health record (eCarton) is an element of key importance for improving the quality of health care delivery. In order to further involve patients in health care processes, through the first functionalities of the Health Portal, the patient is provided with a direct insight into data on prescribed and issued medications, as well as findings / letters of dispatches from hospitals and clinics.
Open Orders (Minimum 3 Credential Application)
The E-service is intended for individuals, insured persons of the Institute, and allows to obtain information about open e-orders of the insured person on health procedures in health institutions and to send the request for cancellation of the order, stating reasons and contact data (phone number, e-mail address). It is also possible to search for free terms. Given that these are personal data of a medical and financial nature, the user for the e-service must be registered with a credential that provides a higher level of security for the identification and authentication of persons. Note: this e-service only provides insight into those orders registered in the system's central e-list of orders. The accuracy of the data presented is within the competence of health institutions.
