The E-service is intended for individuals, insured persons of the Institute, and allows to obtain information about open e-orders of the insured person on health procedures in health institutions and to send the request for cancellation of the order, stating reasons and contact data (phone number, e-mail address). It is also possible to search for free terms. Given that these are personal data of a medical and financial nature, the user for the e-service must be registered with a credential that provides a higher level of security for the identification and authentication of persons. Note: this e-service only provides insight into those orders registered in the system's central e-list of orders. The accuracy of the data presented is within the competence of health institutions. |
