Claim Form - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020
The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) finances rural development programmes. Beneficiaries of EAFRD grants can claim payment from the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency in accordance with the Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 solely where expenditure is jointly managed.
Consent by Heir of Deceased Beneficiary to Transfer Pending Financial Assistance
When a beneficiary dies, it must be determined who should take over the deceased person's estate. A notarial declaration is required to provide information on the person who should take over the deceased person's pending application for financial assistance under the EU Common Agricultural Policy.

Information sent via SMS by the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA)
The SMS notification is an alert service sent to the beneficiary as instructed by the Agriculture & Rural Payments Agency (ARPA). It will indicate the amounts that should have been deposited in the beneficiary’s account and is currently being used to inform registrants about various obligatory courses and any agriculture related material.
Land Contestation Form by Contestant
Applicant requesting to register land parcels found to be already registered on third parties in the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) must file a contestation.

Notification for Palm Movement from EU Countries (For the General Public)
This form is to be used by persons/entities importing any plant/plant material from the EU, and who are required to complete this form as a means of notifying the Directorate of the arrival of plant material at least 48 hours prior to the entry of the consignment in Malta.
Notification of Activity for Operators dealing with Organic Products
This form is to be submitted by any operator who wants to produce, prepare, store, import or retail in any way organic products, prior to placing organic products on the market.

Recognition as a Producer Group, or Producer Organisation for Other Products
The application is mandatory for new Producer Organisations or Producer Groups in order to supply their details to the Agriculture Directorate, and submit it with the respective operational programme.
Recognition for Technical Advisor for the Provisions of Fertiliser Plans
In accordance with SL 549.66 Regulation 4(i) (c), a fertiliser plan shall be compiled by a qualified technical advisor as may be approved by the Director, who will also retain a public register of such persons which shall be published on an annual basis.
Registration of Distributors, Retailers and Resellers of Nitrate Based Fertilisers
Article 14 (1) of SL 549.66 Nitrates Action Programme Regulations states that all importers, distributors, and resellers of fertilisers shall be registered with the Department.

In accordance with SL 433.24, Control of the Red Palm Weevil Regulations, any person or entity, whether public or private, is required to obtain written authorisation from the Plant Protection Directorate in order to import or move planted palm trees from one location to another. The procedure will normally involve an inspection by a Plant Protection Officer prior to granting of permission for the movement of currently planted palm trees, to ensure freedom of infection by the Red Palm Weevil (Rynchophorus Ferrugineus).

Request for the Inclusion of a Product in the Register of Traditional Agro-Food Products of Malta
Through this form, any individual can submit a request for a product to be included in the national register for traditonal agro-food products of Malta, which register shall include information of the product, its processing, preservation and the product’s history and tradition.

Sale of Fruit Trees
Farmers, gardeners and field enthusiasts can purchase local and imported fruit tree species, as well as rootstocks from the centre. The local fruit trees are propagated at the centre, while the imported ones are brought from the Fruit tree nursery in Malta.
Ceasing of On-Farm Mixing Activity for a Type of Feed
The form provides for farmers who perform on-farm mixing of feed to notify the Feedingstuffs and Animal Nutrition Office of having ceased to perform such activity in full or part thereof.
Derogation from Antibody Titration Test
A declaration that the owner or another authorised person will remain within secure means of transport during transit, or within the perimeter of the airport with the pet, following that there is no contact with animals of species susceptible to rabies.
Feed Business Registration Form
The form provides for whoever is interested in starting any animal feed related activity, or is already performing such an activity, to ask to be registered as a feed business with the Feedingstuffs and Animal Nutrition Office. For whoever is already performing such an activity, this form is used to regularize their position.
On-Farm Feed Mixer Registration Form
The form provides for farmers who want to start mixing, or are already mixing feed on their farm for use on their own holding, to ask to register this activity with the Feedingstuffs and Animal Nutrition Office. For whoever is already performing such an activity, this form is used to regularize their position.
