Dialer registration - Application for registration of dialer programs (Dialer)
Since 15.08.2003, the Federal Network Agency has been entrusted with the implementation of the Law on Abuse with 0190/900 value-added service number. Dialer programs over 0190/900 MWD dial numbers ( dialers ) may only be used if they are registered with the Federal Network Agency prior to commissioning. Registration takes place when the dialing program meets certain minimum requirements and the registrant assures in writing that illegal use is excluded. Unregistered or non-compliant dialersmay no longer be used after the entry into force of the law. The registration procedure requires an electronic interface. The web page offers a downloadable program that allows electronic signing with a qualified electronic signature.
Information on the recognition of conformity assessment bodies
In place of the previously required approval prior to the placing on the market of telecommunications equipment, the manufacturer's declaration of conformity has now been replaced (CE mark). The website provides information on the appointment of Notified Bodies under EMVG(Electromagnetic Compatibility of Equipment Act), Recognition of Notified Bodies under FTEG (Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Act) and Competent Authorities under the Electromagnetic Compatibility Act ( EMCA ), the recognition of conformity assessment bodies, accreditation and authorization of persons and reviews of recognized conformity assessment bodies between the European Community and third countries.
