| Description: | Since 15.08.2003, the Federal Network Agency has been entrusted with the implementation of the Law on Abuse with 0190/900 value-added service number. Dialer programs over 0190/900 MWD dial numbers ( dialers ) may only be used if they are registered with the Federal Network Agency prior to commissioning. Registration takes place when the dialing program meets certain minimum requirements and the registrant assures in writing that illegal use is excluded. Unregistered or non-compliant dialersmay no longer be used after the entry into force of the law. The registration procedure requires an electronic interface. The web page offers a downloadable program that allows electronic signing with a qualified electronic signature. |
