Reporting Accidents at Sea. Any accident or casualty that occurs in the territorial waters of Trinidad and Tobago must be reported to the Maritime Services Division of the Ministry of Works and Transport. Reportable incidents include collisions at sea, missing vessels or crew, fire, foundering, loss of life or injury to crew members or passengers.
