Complaint submission
The service enables the applicant to lodge a complaint for the purpose of seeking protection of his rights or interests protected by law, which he considers to have been violated by the Office's activity or inaction. Through the complaint, the complainant points to specific deficiencies, in particular infringement of the legislation whose remedy is within the Authority's remit. The complaint of the citizen to whom the Office asks to perform supervision is not a complaint under Act no. 9/2010 Coll. complaints.

Filing a complaint to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic
This service serves citizens, entrepreneurs and public authorities to file a complaint under the provisions of Act no. 9/2010 Coll. on Complaints, as amended, electronically. It must be used if you believe that your rights or interests protected by law have been violated by the activity or inaction of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, judges of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic or its employees.
Filing Complaints to the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic
The service enables natural or legal persons to submit filing-complaints in accordance with Act no. 9/2010 Coll. on Complaints, as amended, for the purpose of seeking protection of their rights or interests protected by law, which the person considers to have been violated by the activity or inaction of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic or through which he points out specific deficiencies, in particular violations of legal regulations whose removal is within the competence of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic.
Notification of antisocial activity
The service allows filing a filing of anti-social activity by electronic means, in writing or orally, in the minutes in accordance with Article 11 (1). 8 of Act no. 307/2014 Coll. on Some Measures Related to Notification of Anti-Social Activities and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts. The Director of the Internal Control Department is the responsible person of the authority authorized to verify the complaints.
