The service enables natural or legal persons to submit filing-complaints in accordance with Act no. 9/2010 Coll. on Complaints, as amended, for the purpose of seeking protection of their rights or interests protected by law, which the person considers to have been violated by the activity or inaction of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic or through which he points out specific deficiencies, in particular violations of legal regulations whose removal is within the competence of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic. |
