Submit Desertion Request	The service enable citizen to register deserters` reports against non-Omani workers.
Modification in occupation for Omani Manpower	This service enables the national manpower, to accept, or reject modification on job title sent by the employer.
Search and apply for vacancies	Vacant job opportunities will be displayed for job seekers (holders of post-secondary diploma and above) in the private sector through ministry website.
Modify Non-Omani Occupation & Salary	The service enables employers to modify occupation or salary for any current working employee in company.
Labor Cards Renewal for Non-Oman Manpower	Labor Cards Renewal service enables Employers (citizens) to renew labor cards of their employees.
Display candidacy requests	This service enables employers to view details of candidates who apply for jobs through e-candidacy system.
Termination Service (Omani Manpower)	This service enables private companies registered with manpower to terminate citizens employees.
Grievance from desertion report	This service helps expatriate labor to apply the grievance of labor desertion reported by the sponsor.
Submission of the departure form for the non-Omani workforce - commercial establishments	Employers can apply for an exit form for the non-Omani workforce and pay the fees electronically and print them when the worker leaves.
