Issuing / renewing a shipping agent	This service provides the possibility of requesting a certificate of accreditation of a shipping agency by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Issuing a Lost / Damaged Certificate of Registration / Canceling License	This service enables you to apply for a lost or damaged certificate for a certificate of registration or cancellation of a maritime license.
Issuing / extending a temporary registration certificate for ships	This certificate shall be issued when the documents of the vessel whose registration is incomplete are issued with a temporary registration certificate until the owner of the ship or the navigational agent provides the remaining required documents. This certificate shall also be issued to the vessel which is registered outside the State. The certificate shall end when the vessel reaches the nearest port of the Sultanate or Expiry of 3 months from the issuance of the certificate.

Through this service, you can apply for confirmation and check the certificate and qualifications.
Registration and ratification of lease contracts in Muscat	The registration process saves the details of the contract between the lessor and the tenant in the Muscat Municipality system. The data used in the registration process can be used to renew, modify or cancel the contract.

Application for exemption certificate for marine unit from international requirements (specific period)	This service provides an exception certificate and a specific period of international requirements arising from the conventions on ships and maritime affairs.
