| Title: | Issuing / extending a temporary registration certificate for ships |
| Description: | This certificate shall be issued when the documents of the vessel whose registration is incomplete are issued with a temporary registration certificate until the owner of the ship or the navigational agent provides the remaining required documents. This certificate shall also be issued to the vessel which is registered outside the State. The certificate shall end when the vessel reaches the nearest port of the Sultanate or Expiry of 3 months from the issuance of the certificate. |
