This service allows you to search for universities and colleges within the Sultanate. If you wish to study within the Sultanate and search for private universities, you can use this service to view the university's information and access the website of the college or university.

Registration of students at their own expense
This service allows students who are studying at their own expense and does not include students who are enrolled in the Ministry of Higher Education or any other entity by opening a new file with the Ministry by entering the required documents: a copy of the passport, a copy of the general diploma or a copy of the university certificate.
Electronic services for students
Aims to provide the services needed by students electronically through the Ministry's website to facilitate the students wishing to benefit from these services. Foreign Universities Search Service
This service allows you to search for universities outside the Sultanate. If students wish to study outside the Sultanate, in addition to searching for universities recommended by the Ministry, and virtual universities and distance learning, they can view and download the file for each country.
Request for recognition of a private educational institution outside the Sultanate
Is that the Ministry of Higher Education in the Sultanate recognize the authority of the private educational institution - which has applied for recognition - located outside the Sultanate, and therefore decides whether to adopt it or not.
Application for registration in youth creations
This service is a club competition for youth creativity and includes three stages: The first phase qualifies at the club level from 1 October to 31 December (with registration period). The second phase qualifies at the county level from 1 to 28 February. The third phase qualifies at the level of the Sultanate from 1 to 31 March. The application can be submitted by filling out the registration form in the clubs, directorates and departments of the Ministry and on the websites.
