"Application for Assistance for Missing Albanian Citizens" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens to submit online a request for assistance in cases of Albanian citizens who have lost contact with their relatives and are in a difficult situation in case of a problem in the country of residence. Albanian citizens through this service may raise various problems (related to relatives etc.) that arise based on the legislation of the country of residence, to request the recommendation of a lawyer in case of need or a licensed interpreter etc.

"Application for assistance to Albanian citizens detained or imprisoned" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens to submit online a request for assistance in case of detention or imprisonment in the country of residence. Albanian citizens may, through this service, raise various problems (related to themselves, their relatives, etc.) arising from the legislation of the country of residence, to request the advocate's recommendation in case they need or a licensed translator, etc. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, citizens are notified via e-mail or telephone number (for urgent cases).
General assistance application
