Device with Electronic Signature
Pursuant to the Council of Ministers Decision No.673, dated 22.11.2017, "On the Reorganization of the National Agency for Information Society", as well as article 19, Law No. 9980, "On Electronic Signature" as amended Supported by the Law No.107 / 2015 "On Electronic Identification and Trustee Services" amended, NAIS develops, administers and maintains Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and manages digital certificates X.509 of Electronic Signature.
Technical Assistance for Electronic Signature

Application for permanent derecognition tool
The "Permanent Disengagement Tool" service is an electronic service that enables vehicle owners to apply online for permanent vehicle derecognition and to perform online payment for the application. Derecognition of road vehicles is carried out in compliance with Law no. 8378, dated 22.07.1998 "Road Code of the Republic of Albania" as amended, DCM no. 153, dated 07.04.2000 "On the Approval of the Regulation for the Implementation of the Road Code of the Republic of Albania", amended and Instruction No. 01, dated 18.01.2012 "On the Documentation of the Circulation and Registration of Road Vehicles by Their Motor and Tugs ", changed.
Application for Temporary Derecognition Tool
The "Temporary Vehicle Dying Application" service is an electronic service that enables vehicle owners to apply online for temporary vehicle derecognition, as well as to perform the online payment for the application. Derecognition of road vehicles is carried out in compliance with Law no. 8378, dated 22.07.1998 "Road Code of the Republic of Albania" as amended, DCM no. 153, dated 07.04.2000 "On the Approval of the Regulation for the Implementation of the Road Code of the Republic of Albania", amended and Instruction No. 01, dated 18.01.2012 "On the Documentation of the Circulation and Registration of Road Vehicles by Their Motor and Tugs ", changed.
Consular Certification Application, different
"Different Consular Verification Application" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to receive, by postal service, various Consular Certificate. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The return of the response is done by e-mail to the citizen and is also notified for sending the Consular Certificate by post to the address of the citizen.
Application for Consular Identity Verification
"Consular Identity Application Application" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online for consular certification of identity. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted. The citizen is obliged to appear in the representation to submit the photos, to be verified by the Consul and to receive the document.
Consular certification application on accurate data
"Consular Certification Approval on Accurate Data" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to be later provided by postal service with consular certification on accurate data. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The return of the response is done by e-mail to the citizen and is also notified for sending the consular certificate on the correct data by mail to the address of the citizen.
Application for Consular Certificate on Personal Data
"Consular Verification on Personal Data" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to be subsequently provided by postal service with consular certification upon personal data. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The return of the response is done by e-mail to the citizen and is also notified for sending the consular certificate on the personal information by mail to the address of the citizen.
