The "Permanent Disengagement Tool" service is an electronic service that enables vehicle owners to apply online for permanent vehicle derecognition and to perform online payment for the application. Derecognition of road vehicles is carried out in compliance with Law no. 8378, dated 22.07.1998 "Road Code of the Republic of Albania" as amended, DCM no. 153, dated 07.04.2000 "On the Approval of the Regulation for the Implementation of the Road Code of the Republic of Albania", amended and Instruction No. 01, dated 18.01.2012 "On the Documentation of the Circulation and Registration of Road Vehicles by Their Motor and Tugs ", changed. |
