Health Card	Through the electronic Health Card service, Albanian citizens can generate a health card with electronic seal with full legal validity after they have applied for the Health Card at the e-Albania portal.
Application for Health Card	Through this service, citizens can apply online to be provided with a Health Card.
Application for a child's health card from the head of household	Through this service, family heads can apply online for children aged 0-18 to provide them with a health card.
Generating the Health Card for Children from the Head of the Family	Through this electronic service, Albanian households who are heads of household can be informed and consult online their Children's Health Card records, as they have previously applied for the Health Card at the e-Albania portal for their children
Basic medical examination	Through this electronic service, Albanian citizens can be informed online about the data and the results of the screening analysis on the Mandatory Medical Check Box, for the age of 35-70 years. Every permanent resident of the Republic of Albania belonging to a 35-70 age group has the right to basic medical control without discrimination. Basic medical examination 35-70 years is free of charge for the beneficiary of the program. Basic medical check-ups 35-70 years old are provided and delivered by health care workers in Primary Health Care, contracted by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
List of chronic diseases	Through this electronic service, Albanian citizens can be informed online of the history of chronic diseases such as heart disease, arterial hypertension, kidney, intestines, gallstones, brain, tumors, etc., diagnosed with the family physician.
Price list of reimbursable medicines	The implementation of open data is an important government engagement, part of the action plan drafted within the framework of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Initiative.
My electronic recipe	Through this electronic service, citizens of the Tirana and Durrës districts can view online their electronic prescription data.
Medical data and their prices	In this framework, the National Agency of Information Society and the Ministry of Health provide through this electronic service for users of the unique governmental portal e-Albania the possibility of online information on the data of medical medicines registered in the Republic of Albania and their prices. Also through the electronic service "Publication of medicines and drug prices" can be accessed the list of active principles or chemical name (scientific designation) of the medicine as well as to see other accompanying elements such as pharmaceutical formulations with physico-chemical characteristics (powder, tablet, tincture, ointment, ampoule, etc.), the size of the dosage or the amount of the active substance in the formulation, the manufacturers, the production sites, the packaging units, the price per Lek, the unit price in Lek.
New consultation recommendation to the specialist doctor	The electronic service enables citizens to charge a recommendation for consultation to a specialist doctor, issued by a family doctor at the Health Center where they are registered (in cases where the recommendation is not on the list of recommendations given by the family doctor who can be consulted through the service "My recommendations issued by the family doctor").
My recommendations are issued by the family doctor	This electronic service enables citizens to access the list of recommendations for consultation by a specialist doctor, issued by a family doctor at the Health Center where they are registered. Also, they can download PDF format to a previous recommendation that appeared at the time they were using the service and to request a referral through the search bar.
Reservation of a meeting for conducting a consultant, medical examination	This electronic service enables citizens to access and reserve consultations with specialist doctors by following the referral system.
