Trial Certificate (Penalty Testimony)
The electronic "Court Status Certificate (Penalty Certificate)" electronic service enables citizens to obtain an electronic certificate of court status with an electronic signature, which is a document to be issued to determine whether a person has been convicted or not.
Decriminalization Form
Based on the decision no. 17/2016 "On the establishment of detailed rules on the implementation of the prohibitions provided by law no. 138/2015 "On the Ensuring the Integrity of Persons Appointed, Appointed or Performed Public Functions", the Department of Public Administration is responsible for publishing forms for Civil Servant and Diplomatic Service Officers as well as Leader of any Level in Public Level Public Administration central and local, not included in the civil service.

Notary application
"Notary Notification Application" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to obtain notarial declarations. After the necessary verifications carried out by embassy / consulate representatives, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is obliged to appear in the representation to sign in the presence of the consul the record of the submission of the request and to submit the original documents.
Application for special proxy
"Special Application" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online for a special power of attorney. After the necessary verifications carried out by embassy / consulate representatives, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is obliged to appear in the representation to sign in the presence of the consul the record of the submission of the request and to submit the original documents.
