Negotiate Leniency Agreement
The service refers to the negotiation of Leniency Agreement between Cade and companies or individuals who participate in or participated in a cartel or other anti-competitive practice. This instrument is only available to the first offending agent to report anti-competitive conduct to Cade. The signatory to the Leniency Agreement must undertake to cease unlawful conduct, to denounce and confess to participation in the practice of breach of the economic order, and to cooperate with the investigations in exchange for administrative and criminal benefits.
Negotiate the end of the commitment to terminate anticompetitive practice
The service refers to the negotiation of a commitment to terminate a practice for violation of the economic order (TCC) between Cade and the party investigated for alleged anti-competitive conduct. If the TCC is approved, the continuation of the investigations will be suspended, during the fulfillment of the agreement, in relation to the signatories of the TCC.
