Issue Relationship of Beneficiary of Agrarian Reform (RB)	Issuance of a document containing the registration data of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries, information on the credits accessed, lot data and situation in the National Agrarian Reform Program (PNRA), for a simple conference.
Issue certificate of beneficiary	It is the document provided by Incra certifying that the beneficiary is or has been beneficiary of the National Agrarian Reform Plan (PNRA), with the personal data of the two holders (if any), the period of permanence in the PNRA and the settlement data contained in the Information System of Agrarian Reform Projects (Sipra).
Enable for issuance of Certificate of Sanitary Inspection (CIS-E)	Procedure by which the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) accredits veterinary doctors not linked to the public administration for the issuance of Certificate of Sanitary Inspection - CIS-E for the transit of animal by-products

When the market price of any of the products covered by the Modality is below its reference price, that is, it does not cover production costs, the Management Group may approve the intervention.

Accredit Laboratory in the National Network of Agricultural Laboratories of MAPA	The accreditation of laboratories with MAPA is intended to complement MAPA's official programs and controls, supplying demands for surplus laboratory tests that are not met by MAPA's own laboratories.
Accredit company for phytosanitary treatment with quarantine purposes	Accreditation of companies to carry out phytosanitary treatments (elimination of pests that may be present in plants) for quarantine purposes and for the international transit of plant products, their products, by-products and wooden containers.
Accredit entities for the performance of agrochemical tests	Accreditation of entities to carry out tests of efficiency and agronomic feasibility of pesticides, to conduct tests considering good agricultural practices and minimum safety conditions in the conduction of the studies.
Enable cultivar for production and commercialization	Enrollment to enable cultivars to be produced and marketed
Obtain operating authorization for establishments dealing with products intended for animal feed.	The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Map), through a registration issue, authorizes the operation of establishments that carry out the activities of manufacturing, fractioning, importing or exporting products destined for animal feed. The objective is to ensure that these establishments comply with the hygienic-sanitary procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices required for the exercise of activities related to products destined to animal feed, guaranteeing the innocuity and the quality of the products.
Obtain authorization to import pharmacochemicals for the manufacture of veterinary products	This is the release of imported pharmacochemical products intended for the manufacture of products for veterinary use through the product license.
Obtain donation of seedlings from the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro	The alienation by donation of seedlings is a procedure provided for in Ordinance JBRJ No. 125/2018, and may occur whenever it is of public interest and is adequate to the conservation objectives of the JBRJ and according to the availability of seedlings in the Horto Florestal, with the purpose of recomposition or recovery of areas of environmental interest, within the scope of education or environmental awareness programs assisted by the public power.
Obtain license for manufacturing or handling for commercial purposes of veterinary product.	Licensing for the operation of an establishment that manufactures, manipulates, fractionates, packages, labels, controls quality, trades, stores, distributes, imports or exports veterinary products. The objective is to ensure that the premises of these establishments meet the requirements required for the exercise of the activity for which it is licensed, in order to ensure the quality of the veterinary product marketed.
Participate in agribusiness fairs	Make available to the Company and / or Sectoral Entity (Associations, Trade Unions, Federations, etc.) the possibility of attending trade fairs, events, lectures and business missions aimed at promoting international trade in Brazilian agribusiness products organized by the International Agribusiness Promotion Department, of the Secretariat of International Relations of Agribusiness (DPI / SRI / MAPA).
To file an appeal to the Special Appeals Commission (REC)	n the event of any event that causes a decrease or lack of income from the enterprise under the Agricultural Guarantee Program - Proagro and, if the financial agent does not comply with the request for payment of losses, the user who does not agree with this decision may file, together with the to the Special Appeals Committee (REC).
Receive MAP monitoring as an accredited laboratory in the National Network of Agricultural Laboratories	The monitoring of laboratories accredited with the MAPA has the objective of verifying that the criteria and requirements, provided for in the legislation that governs the accreditation, continue to be attended by the accredited laboratories. It may result in the maintenance or suspension of an accreditation. A monitoring may also be performed to assess the possibility of cancellation of a MAPA suspension following prior monitoring.
Register agricultural establishment	Through this service the agricultural establishment makes the registration, mandatory by law, with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply.
Register agricultural product for veterinary use	Through this service, the agricultural establishment registers with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply the product marketed. This registration is required by law.
Renew license for manufacture or manipulation for commercial purposes of veterinary product.	Renewal of establishment registration license. The purpose is to renew the licensing for another year of establishments that manufacture, trade, import, manipulate and control the quality of products for veterinary use, provided that they continue to meet the requirements required for the exercise of the activity for which it is licensed, aiming at ensure the quality of the veterinary product marketed.
Require prior authorization of imports of products of animal origin	Request for boarding authorizations for import licenses for products of animal origin.
Request Habilitation of Warehouses, Terminals and Enclosures for International Transit of Products of Agricultural Interest	The authorization of warehouses, terminals and enclosures is the administrative instrument to be used by Vigiagro to ensure that the international transit operations of products of agricultural interest are conducted in physical spaces that have adequate conditions for said operation, as well as the facilities and equipment necessary for the execution of the controls and supervision of the Map.
Validate topographic survey of rural property	The certification of rural property corresponds to the validation, by INCRA, of the topographic survey of a rural property. This topographic survey, also known as geo-referencing, should be done in the light of the Technical Standard for Georeferencing of Rural Property, published by INCRA. The certification certificate is only issued by Incra if the polygon corresponding to the certifying property does not overlap with any other polygon in its already certified database.
