Claim in SERNAC

If you are not satisfied with a product or service for which you paid, or believe that during the process your rights as a consumer were violated, you can file a claim with SERNAC. If the provider's response is not favorable, you can file a complaint with the local police court in the commune where the problem occurred, whose judge can impose fines if he considers that his rights were indeed violated.
