Renewal Form for the Registration of a Child Day Care Facility as an Educational Establishment	As per LN 54 of 2008, an Educational Establishment Registration is valid for one year. Therefore, such registration must be renewed after the 1 year elapses, as requested by the legislation.
Withdrawal of a Childcare Centre Registration	A service provider may terminate and withdraw a childcare registration at any time. Through this form the same provider informs the Accreditation Unit regarding the withdrawal of registration.
Renewal as a Producer of Batteries and Accumulators	If a company or individual intends to import and/or manufacture and place on the Maltese market Batteries and/or Accumulators, s/he is required to register with the Environment and Resources (ERA), upon first placing the production on the Maltese market.
Renewal as a Producer of Electric and Electronic Equipment	If a company or individual intends to import and/or manufacture and place on the Maltese market Electrical and Electronic Equipment, s/he is required to register with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA), upon first placing the production on the Maltese market.
Renewal as a Producer of Packaging	If a company or individual intends to import and/or manufacture and put on the Maltese market Packaging or Packaging Material, s/he is required to register with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA), upon first placing the production on the Maltese market.
Waste Broker Renewal Form	If a local or foreign company or individual is registered with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) as a broker, and requires to renew his/her registration, s/he is required to fill in this for
Waste Carrier Renewal	Any vehicle registered to carry waste may renew its registration to carry any type of waste for an additional year.
