Australian Competition Tribunal	Hears applications for review of determinations of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Copyright Tribunal of Australia	Inquires into the amount of royalty payable in respect of the recording of musical works; fixes royalties or equitable remuneration in respect of compulsory licences; arbitrates disputes in relation to the terms of existing and proposed licensing schemes; and deals with applications for the granting of licences.
Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal	Hears and determines appeals from courts martial and Defence Force magistrates in respect of service offences by Australian Defence Force personnel.
Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal	Determines pay and pay related allowances for the regular and reserve members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
Defence Honours and Awards Appeals Tribunal	Considers issues arising in the area of Defence honours and awards through inquiries and reviews decisions of Defence in respect of applications for Defence honours and awards.
Fair Work Commission	Australia’s national workplace relations tribunal. Responsible for maintaining a safety net of minimum wages and employment conditions, as well as a range of other workplace functions and regulation.
Federal Court of Australia	Hears matters on a range of different subjects including bankruptcy, corporations, industrial relations, native title, taxation and trade practices laws, and hears appeals from decisions (except family law decisions) of the Federal Magistrates Court.
High Court of Australia	Hears matters involving a dispute about the meaning of the Constitution, as well as final appeals in civil and criminal matters from all courts in Australia.
National Native Title Tribunal	Works with people to develop an understanding of native title and reach enduring native title and related outcomes that recognise everyone's rights and interests in land and waters.
Veterans' Review Board	Reviews decisions about repatriation pensions (other than service pensions) and attendant allowances.
