A public electronic service intended for persons seeking authorization in the state land located in the territory of the respective municipality, in which land is not formed, in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, to establish communication communications or engineering networks and construct the necessary structures for their functioning, reconstruct them and serve them. The service is also used by the employees of the territorial subdivision of the National Land Service, who evaluate requests and administer the consent.
Preparation of projects for the taking of land for public needs by means of the Information System for Preparation of Land Planning Documentation (LPDRIS)
By electronic means the user of the service is given the opportunity to submit requests, monitor the process of project preparation, coordination, public discussion, publicity, state land use planning documentation supervision and approval, and the promoter - to participate in the preparation of projections in the information system for the preparation of land management planning documents.
