Public Invitation for Accreditation of Professional Training Professionals in Public Administration
Pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on accreditation, the manner of engagement and fees of the implementers and implementers of the program of professional development in public administration ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 90/18), the National Academy of Public Administration (hereinafter: the National Academy ) announces a public invitation for the accreditation of the program of professional development programs in the public administration.

Pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on accreditation, the method of engagement and fees implementer and enforcer of professional development programs in public administration ( "Official Gazette of RS", No oj 90/18) , the National Academy of Public Administration (hereinafter: National Academy) announces a public call for confirmation of the status of an accredited trainer of vocational training programs in public administration for accredited higher education institutions or scientific research organizations, or publicly recognized organizers of adult education activities.

Peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes with the participation of a representative trade union
Peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes between representative trade unions and the employer, the subject of which is the conclusion, amendment and supplement of the collective agreement. The procedure is voluntary, except in the activities in which Article 9 of the Law on Strike is applied, where the procedure is mandatory. The parties to the proceedings shall elect a conciliator by mutual agreement. The agreement on the settlement of the dispute shall be made by the consensus of the parties to the dispute and shall have the power of the Anes Collective Agreement.
