Peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes between representative trade unions and the employer, the subject of which is the conclusion, amendment and supplement of the collective agreement. The procedure is voluntary, except in the activities in which Article 9 of the Law on Strike is applied, where the procedure is mandatory. The parties to the proceedings shall elect a conciliator by mutual agreement. The agreement on the settlement of the dispute shall be made by the consensus of the parties to the dispute and shall have the power of the Anes Collective Agreement. |
