Request to change the contract for the purchase of an apartment	The contract for the purchase of a socially-owned apartment can be changed by one-time repayment in whole or in a shorter period of time (5 years, 10 years, 20 years)
Movement from apartments of illegally immigrants	A natural or legal person who claims that a person is self-contained in his / her residential area or the common premises of a residential building, submits to the city administration authority in charge of property-legal affairs a request for forced eviction of the same. If the competent authority determines that the Applicant's allegations are true and based on the law, a decision on forced eviction shall be issued. An appeal filed on a decision made on the occasion of this legal matter shall not postpone execution.
Purchase of an apartment	The Law on Housing prescribes the obligation of the right holder of the right to dispose of a socially owned apartment and the owner of the flat in the state ownership to allow the occupancy right holders and tenants of the apartment for an indefinite period to purchase the used apartment for their written request. After the procedure is conducted before the Planning and Construction Department, a contract is concluded for the purchase of the apartment in a written form, and the signatures of the contracting parties are certified by the court.
