The Law on Housing prescribes the obligation of the right holder of the right to dispose of a socially owned apartment and the owner of the flat in the state ownership to allow the occupancy right holders and tenants of the apartment for an indefinite period to purchase the used apartment for their written request. After the procedure is conducted before the Planning and Construction Department, a contract is concluded for the purchase of the apartment in a written form, and the signatures of the contracting parties are certified by the court. |
