The service is only partial, as it involves the public sector exclusively. It was developed by the eGovernment Project in order to provide an online system
for applicants for jobs in the public sector, and has been upgraded by the Agency. The Apply-On-Line system accepts applications for jobs in the civil service and has reached a high level of usage. This is a system for applying,
evaluation, selection and testing for employment of civil servants of the Agency of Administration and has been operational since 2006. Presently, procedures for any public servant employment are now conducted through
