Users can file the grievances by providing reference number, name of the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK), name of the applicant, contact details, type of problem and description of the grievance in an online form. Applicants can also check the status of registered grievances filed through the portal. Link of portal of Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System is also provided. Option to send feedback, appreciation or passport related information request is also available. |
