The Official Gazette of the State Patent Bureau is a periodical publication issued on the 25th day of each month or, if the 25th day is a holiday or a holiday, the next business day following it. The Patent Bureau of the State Patent Bureau publishes the filed patent applications, issued patents, European patents that entered into force in the Republic of Lithuania, issued supplementary protection certificates for medicinal products or plant protection products, registered designs and trademarks, as well as decisions of the SCB's Appeals Division. |
