The proposed service will allow the unregistered user to access the information stored in the retrieved electronic freely accessible archive records and their metadata, as well as to browse the archive aids. In the case of a specific electronic record, the user will be able to view available formats, choose the desired format that is supported by his installed programs, or to which the IS service can be run to view or generate a readable preview. For audio or video recordings, they can be played back. Documents and images can be printed but cannot be certified. Any successful access to records will be recorded in the auditable log. |
