The Archive Documents Commenting Service is a first step towards a revolutionary approach to eGovernment services for citizens, enabling them to actively engage in public administration in social networks. After logging into the system, a citizen is able to find the appropriate document, create a discussion topic, and mark the added document to this topic. All documents can be commented on, while comments, topics, and documents can be shared with other users, including archive staff. If the document is freely accessible, it will be possible to view it, if not, other unauthorized users will only see metadata. |
