The service allows the owner of the vehicle to request the transfer of the vehicle's possession to another person, and is obliged to sign the application with a guaranteed electronic signature. The Police Force authority will make a change in vehicle records, unless other legitimate reasons prevent it from being reported by the applicant to its data box. The service is only ready for use if the citizen acts on his own or on the basis of an electronic authorization and the applicant acts on the vehicle of which he is the owner. |
