The service will allow you to request a change to the vehicle operator electronically. The service will be intended for a person who is authorized to write a change to the Vehicle Operator's name on behalf of the owner and is also entitled to apply for a vehicle registration for that vehicle on behalf of the future vehicle owner. The service will be terminated manually at the workplace by issuing documents or tables to the authorized person. |
