Through this electronic service the entrepreneur - manufacturer or vehicle manufacturer's representative to apply for the type approval of a vehicle under which the local and materially competent governmental authority decides whether a vehicle type, type of system, component or separate technical unit complies with the conditions laid down in the Operating Conditions Act vehicles in traffic on roads, technical requirements stipulated by generally binding legal regulations issued for the implementation of this Act and also by international treaties by which the Slovak Republic is bound. |
