The service will allow the property owner to electronically submit a cancellation proposal for specified persons who have registered a residence in his property. When proposing the cancellation of a child from 18 to 25 years of age, the applicant is obliged to enclose a solemn declaration that it is not a dependent child. At the same time, the plaintiff is obliged to enclose an affidavit stating that the person whose stay is required to cancel has no right to use the property (eg lease contract). The user of the service will be a citizen through the user interface on the portal. |
