The service provided by the Central Execution Records Module (CEEx) will publicly disclose the data in the relevant court registers (information from the ESS / SM), which includes records and administration of data on acts in the enforcement agency (records and reports of debtors, status of acts, proposal for execution, division authorizing the court to execute execution, delivering the mandate to the bailiff, final resolutions on the suspension and deferral of execution, notification of the auction year), as well as data according to the parameters and criteria for internal analysis of the data base of the SR. |
