The relevant information can be provided via the form available on the ŠKL website in paper form, as well as fully electronically through the form published on the Central portal of the public administration (slovakia.sk). For electronic submission to slovakia.sk, it is necessary to use eID (Electronic Citizenship Card) and KEP (Qualified Electronic Signature). |
