Maintaining the communal order referred to in paragraph 1, item 1) of this Article shall be considered maintenance of order in the areas, ie issues: water supply; waste and atmospheric waters; public roads and streets; traffic signs and signaling; parking; transport of passengers in urban and suburban traffic; car taxis; setting up temporary business facilities; fire protection; protection against noise in the environment; control of working hours of the subjects of supervision; maintenance of utility facilities, markets, cemeteries, parks, green and other public areas, public lighting, housing and other facilities. |
