The General Administration Department performs tasks related to the improvement of the organization of work and modernization of the City Administration, the activities of the receiving office, the offices, the archives and the delivery service, the personal affairs of citizens, the keeping of registers of births, marriages and deaths, and the books of citizens, issuing public certificates on the basis of records kept and other affairs of the registrar, translation work in the languages of nationalities that are in official use in the City, normative legal affairs, affairs related to exercising the rights and obligations arising from employment employees, appointed and nominated persons who exercise their rights of employment or the appointed officials who are employed, exercise control over the implementation of regulations on office operations of the City Administration for the original work, issuing work cards to citizens, verification of signatures, transcripts and manuscripts. |
