The purpose of the procedure is to exercise the right to maternity parental allowance. The application is submitted within 6 months from the date of birth of the child. The procedure is initiated upon receipt of the applicant's request and upon completion of the administrative procedure, the decision on the recognition of the right to maternity parental allowance is issued.
