| Description: | The purpose of the procedure is to exercise the right to salary compensation during maternity leave and absence from work for child care. The procedure is initiated upon receipt of the applicant's request with the relevant documentation and upon the conclusion of the administrative procedure a decision on the recognition of the stated right to be delivered to the maternity and the employer by registered mail is made. The first instance decision may be appealed if the applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the administrative body, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision. |
