Awning is a freestanding construction with an appropriate hood with the aim of protecting it from the sun. Awning can be placed only within the summer garden, provided that no object is formed. Other types of freestanding canopies can not be placed on public spaces as stand-alone objects. The purpose of the procedure is to enable the submitter of the request to use the public area in order to lay the awning. At the request of the applicant, the tent is placed on the basis of the Decision of the bodies of the City Administration in charge of public affairs. |
