In case of separation of property, you need a sketch-project reflecting the changes, which will occur in the cadastral map. The Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office issues a sketch-project, which contains:
sketch of the property;
design line of separation or change of border (it is traced and/ or mapped on location and coordinated before the preparation of the sketch);
the identifiers and the areas of the newly-formed land properties;
the numbers of the geodetic coordinates of the points from the design line. |
