The owners of buildings assign with a contract the drafting of the technical passports. The technical passport of a new construction is drawn up before issuing a usage permission or a certificate of commissioning. It is drawn up in two originals on paper, as well as in electronic format. The technical passport is entered in the register within 7 days after delivery. |
