"Application for record" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online for the minutes. After the necessary verifications carried out by embassy / consulate representatives, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is obliged to appear in the representation to sign in the presence of the consul the record of the submission of the request and to submit the original documents. |
