"Application for legalization of documents issued by foreign institutions" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens or foreigners residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online for the legalization of a foreign document through a postal service. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The return of the response is done by e-mail to the citizen and is also notified for sending the documents by mail to the address of the citizen. |
