| Description: | "Application for Albanian Citizenship" is an electronic service that enables Albanian citizens residing outside the borders of the Republic of Albania to apply online to leave Albanian citizenship. After the necessary verifications carried out by representatives of the Embassy / Consulate, the application is accepted and the applicant is then invited to follow the procedures to make the payment and send the original mandate (not photocopy) by mail. The citizen is obliged to appear in the representation to sign in the presence of the consignee the record of the submission of the request and to submit the original documents. All documents issued in the Republic of Albania are accepted when signed by the head of the institution issuing them. |
